Idempotent on gateway transaction ID. Replay-safe — duplicate webhook retries never double-credit.

Per-VM compute cost prorated to the hour, FX-converted to wallet currency, debited cleanly.

Low-balance warning
When wallet drops below ~24h of running cost, you get a notification on your wired channels.

Auto-topup kicks in
A recurring card charge tops your wallet up when the balance hits the trigger. Optional but recommended for production.

Suspend on dry
If neither manual nor auto-topup happens, VMs halt — no negative balance, no surprise overage.

What's the markup model?

Cloud markup goes back to your Cloudnan plan as credit at next renewal — 'VM pays its own plan' once you have a few VMs running. Plan price minus accumulated VM markup credit = what you actually pay.

Can I pay annually instead of prepaid?

Yes for the Cloudnan plan portion. Managed VM compute is always hourly from wallet — that's what makes the meter precise.

What happens to my balance if I close the account?

Pro-rated refund through the original gateway, minus processing fees. Process is documented in the dashboard.
