Can I migrate an existing site in?
Yes — the panel can adopt a site whose nginx config it didn't originally write. From that point on it's drift-tracked and editable from the panel.
Does it work with WordPress multisite?
Yes. Network admin URL pinning is panel-configurable.
What about HTTP/3?
Default-on for new nginx sites. Toggle per-site if you need to disable.
